Buenos días, por favor necesito validar la garantía de una laptop, la compré hace un mes y se apagó la pantalla. Y dejó de funcionar.

My tablet stop from working, the tablet is stuck in Hyundai Logo, not working enter recover with power + volume button, no icon battery when charger is on. Is in bootloop a guess.
Please, a need Koral 10X3 firmware ASAP.
