Got a laptop (model HN4C401EA) at Fry's back in October of 2018, and since I bought it, both hinges have pretty much completely disintegrated. This thing doesn't ever go anywhere. My wife only uses it at her chair in the living room and she only opens/classes it once per day.
Has anybody else experienced this? Is there anything that can be done? Seems to me that this is a manufacturer defect. I've had MANY laptops over the years and none of them has had this sort of problem.
