I purchased my laptop yesterday and when I took it out of the box, I plugged it in and all I got was a blinking “Hyundai” screen! HELP! I need my laptop!

I have 2 thinnote and one of mine is doing the same thing... it flashes Hyundai and then does nothing else.

The blue power button LED blinks when I press the power button but the laptop doesn't turn on.Is:the battery shot or is the charger bad ? Is there any other way to start it with out the charger? If I disconnect the internal battery and plug in a power bank would that start the laptop? What rating power bank is required?
